Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page or quote. Custom-configured products, special-order items, and large-volume orders may require additional processing time.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email whenever available.
Shipping Methods
Direct Bar Code partners with major carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight providers to ensure reliable delivery.
Shipping methods may include:
Ground Shipping
Expedited Shipping
Overnight Shipping
Freight Delivery (for larger equipment and bulk orders)
Shipping options and estimated transit times will be provided during checkout or at the time of quotation.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are based on carrier schedules and are not guaranteed unless specifically purchased as a guaranteed service.
Typical delivery estimates:
Ground Shipping: 2–7 Business Days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 Business Days
Overnight Shipping: Next Business Day
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
Package weight and dimensions
Delivery location
Shipping method selected
Freight requirements (if applicable)
All shipping charges will be displayed prior to order confirmation.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select products and destinations.
Customers are responsible for:
Import duties
Taxes
Customs fees
Brokerage charges
These fees are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.
Freight Shipments
Customers should inspect all freight shipments before signing for delivery.
If visible damage is present:
Note the damage on the delivery receipt
Take photographs immediately
Notify Direct Bar Code within 24 hours of delivery
Failure to report freight damage promptly may affect claim eligibility.
Customer Shipping Accounts
When customers choose to ship using their own carrier account:
Ownership and responsibility transfer once the shipment is released to the carrier
Freight damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier
Direct Bar Code is not responsible for carrier-related losses or damages
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Products returned after 14 days are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless covered under an approved warranty claim.
New Products
Direct Bar Code does not accept returns or restocking of new products except in cases involving verified manufacturer defects.
Before a return can be authorized:
Technical support troubleshooting must be completed
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued
The product must be confirmed as defective due to a manufacturer issue
Refurbished Products
Refurbished products may be returned within 14 calendar days subject to the following conditions:
A 25% restocking fee applies
The restocking fee is waived if a replacement unit is issued
Returned units will be tested upon receipt
Products found to be defective or DOA may qualify for credit or replacement
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
An approved RMA number is required for all returns.
Returns received without an authorized RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

Return Packaging Requirements
All authorized returns must meet the following requirements:
Product must be unused
Product must be complete with all accessories
Original manufacturer packaging must be included
Packaging must not be damaged, altered, or re-taped
Factory seals must remain intact
No writing, labels, or markings on manufacturer packaging
Manufacturer cartons must be placed inside an outer shipping carton
RMA number must appear on the shipping label only
Product must be properly secured for transit
Returns failing to meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a $50 processing fee plus return shipping charges.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
Special-order products
Custom-configured equipment
Software licenses
Downloadable products
Products damaged by misuse or improper installation
Products returned after the return window
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment whenever possible.
Once an order has shipped, the order becomes subject to the return policy outlined above.
Special-order and custom products may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.
Policy Updates
Direct Bar Code reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
